Admission: Only $6.00 (Children under 13 are free with a paid adult).

Sellers' Tables: $12.00 prepaid by Aug. 18th, or $16.00 at the door - if any tables are still available.
(Sellers may start setting up at 7:15 am)

Get your first F.C.C. Amateur Radio License, or upgrade your existing license:

10:00 AM – VE Testing Session,
     conducted by the DRC VE Team,
     in Room 1 (down the stairs, located at the rear of the main hall, opposite the main entrance doors)

Technical Forums:

We are presenting several technical forums during the 2017 Hamfest.
These forums are open to all attendees showing proof of paid admission (the hand stamp).

09:00 AM – Introduction to the BrandMeister DMR digital radio network.
     Presenter: Bill Rinker, W6OAV, in Room 2.

10:00 AM – Introduction to Packet Radio, ARDOP, Winlink and APRS.
     Presenter: Larry Irons, KØLAI, in Room 2.

11:00 AM – Question and Answer Session for New Hams (old hams are welcome too).
     Presenter: Fred Hart, AAØJK, in Room 1.

The Technical Forums and VE Testing sessions will be held in the conference rooms on the north lower level.
Access is via the stairs at the north east corner of the building. Follow the arrows.
